In the game
- Open Pet Pop and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap My account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion is immediate.
Without access to the game
Email contato@studiosrcm.com with the subject "Delete Pet Pop account", from the same email as the Google or Facebook account used in the game. We complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Sign-in account (Firebase Authentication)
- Cloud progress: levels, in-game coins and items, outfits
- Player profile: nickname, avatar and stats
What may be kept
- Records of Google Play purchases, which Google keeps as required by law.
- The record of each in-game purchase (account identifier, pack, amount of Patinhas, order number and date), kept to prevent fraud and reuse of the same purchase.
- A minimal record that the account was deleted (identifier only), so an old session cannot recreate it.
- Progress saved on your device, removed only when you uninstall the game.
In-game items and coins linked to the deleted account cannot be recovered.
